This series of generator sets offers selectable motor starting capacity with a choice of alternator sizes. PowerStart 0500™ or PowerCommand® 1.1™ is offered as standard for total system integration. The product also boasts best in class enclosed solutions across the product range including single point lifting capability as standard. Acoustic, fire retardant enclosure linings provide quality, world leading performance; pushing the boundaries of technology to provide higher ambient capabilities whilst maintaining its compact size.

Cummins ‘DXP Series’ diesel generator sets are powered by Cummins‘ X Series” engines, rated at 1500 RPM and conforming to ISO 8528 specifications. The engines are radiator water cooled, four stroke and multi-cylinder, conforming to BS 5514 or ISO 14396. |

The alternator from Cummins Generator Technologies, is suitable for operation at 1500 RPM, 415 volts, 0.8 pf (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system. The 1.0 pf is suitable for 50 Hz, 1 phase, 2 wire system conforming to BS 5000 / IS 4722. The alternator is brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited and regulated through an AVR. The alternator comes with the following features:
• +_1.0% Voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions

The 7.5 & 10 kVA series engine powered generator set comes with a sound attenuated enclosure to cover and protect the generator set. The sound attenuated enclosures are made of 2 mm thick Cold Rolled (CRCA) sheets and are mounted on a structural sheet metal base frame for exceptional durability. The walls of the enclosure are insulated with fire retardant foam so as to comply with the CPCB norms. Enclosures are designed to optimize generator set cooling performance, providing you with confidence that generator set ratings and ambient capability have not been compromised.
